Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Avoid leaving it in direct heat, such as a hot car, for long periods, which can warp plastic cord.

Every Muro tote is hand-woven in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh, the hills where we grew up. We design each colorway here, then work with a small group of weavers we've known for years to bring it to life, strip by strip, one tote at a time.
We make each color in a run of just 10. When they're gone, they're gone until the next batch.
Because every tote is woven by hand, no two are exactly alike. A slight shift in the pattern or a small variation in the weave isn't a flaw. It's the mark of the person who made it.

Every US order ships free, with no minimum. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping outside the US: contact us and we'll see what's possible.
Returns
If it isn't right, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Contact us with your order number and we'll help you get it back to us. Items should be unused and in their original condition.
